Notification

An Agent/Employee gets various updates with the help of a notification icon :

• When status of the quote changes as Employee has requested for more information

• When you assign a quote to yourself (through ‘Make This Quote Mine’ option)

• When your quote is re-assigned to another user

• When your quote is taken over by an another user (through ‘Make This Quote Mine’ option)

• When a policy is issued

• When a policy is endorsed

• When a policy is cancelled

• When a policy is reinstated

• When a policy is renewed
